1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services provided by PriceTag, a digital SaaS platform operated by an individual based in India. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Nature of Service

PriceTag provides digital business management tools delivered online. Access to the platform is granted immediately after successful payment. Due to this instant access, the service is considered consumed upon activation.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, either full or partial, for unused subscription periods, plan downgrades, or user dissatisfaction after purchase.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
  • Failure of service activation due to system error

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the above exceptions, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via our payment partner.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

7. Legal & Compliance Information

PriceTag is operated by an individual (Karan) from Punjab, India. This is not a registered company or legal entity. GST is not applicable, and no GST invoices are issued for subscriptions.
