1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PriceTag (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Operator Information

PriceTag is an independently operated SaaS platform managed by an individual (Karan) based in Punjab, India. This is not a registered company or legal entity, and GST is not currently applicable.

3. Description of Service

PriceTag provides tools for pricing management, analytics, inventory tracking, and business insights.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You agree to provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful or fraudulent use
  • No attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
  • No uploading malicious or harmful content

6. Billing & Payments

Paid subscriptions unlock additional features. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

7. Refund & Cancellation

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

  • No refunds are provided after subscription activation
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund current period
  • Exceptions apply only in limited cases (duplicate payment, system errors)

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceTag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
